Dental Reconstruction for a Phobia Anxiety Patient - 1 Visit

A very phobic 53 year old female attorney came to The Center for Special Dentistry for help.  The following visit we performed root canal therapy on tooth #11, extracted tooth #10, performed a gingivectomy on tooth #'s 5, 8, 9 and 11 for initial crown lengthening and a ten tooth lab processed upper temporary bridge was made. The patient did not have pain during the three hour visit or thereafter.  She returned the following month to plan comprehensive care without fear.
